Currently residing in Los Angeles, Tim is a full time session, live, and touring drummer. He started playing music at the age of 6, and chose to pursue drumming seriously from the age of 12. He was selected to join the Monterey Jazz Festival Youth All Star Band in 2004, and toured Canada and Japan with the big band ensemble before graduating high school and relocating from Monterey to Los Angeles.

Soon after moving to LA, his band Say No More signed with indie heavy hitters Drive Thru Records. They released their full length in 2007, and toured nationally for 2 years in support of the LP, including Warped Tour 2008 and national main support of fellow Drive Thru artist, Hellogoodbye.

 

Tim graduated with a Bachelors Degree in music from California State University Northridge in 2010, and has been working as a session and touring drummer since completing his degree. He is a full time member of The Kyle Gass Band, (featuring Kyle Gass of Tenacious D). Tim is the musical director and drummer for indie act, Ashe, and a touring member with pop singer AJ Mitchell. Other projects include rock band, All Good Things, indie outfit Oliver Riot, riff rock trio, Ancients of Analog, and live and studio drums for county duo, Wynchester.

When not touring, he works with production teams, such as The Wizardz of Oz, writing and recording production music for film and television. Their work has been featured on major networks such as ABC, NBC, CBS, MTV,  FOX, TLC, Spike TV, TBS and more. Tim endorses Q Drum Co., Agner Drumsticks, and Sweet Spot Dampeners.
